General Wage Increases & Retiree Health Care Trust Fund Payments

In accordance with Article 24 of the A&R contract, a 3% general wage increase for all A&R members became effective July 1, 2015.  The increase will be reflected in the July 23rd paycheck.  Annual increments and lump sum payments (Top Step Bonuses) will be recieved on time, which is late December, 2015 for most members.

In accordance with the SEBAC 2011 agreement, contributions to the Retiree Health Care Trust Fund made its final increase of 1%, going from 2% to 3%.  Employees who began paying into the fund in 2013 will continue to contribute the full 3% through June 30, 2023 (or retirement).  Employees who began paying into the fund between 2009 and 2013 will continue to contribute for 10 years from the start of their contributions (or retirement).
