If you participate in the Health Enhancement Program (HEP), you have until the end of the calendar year to complete any necessary requirements.
The Comptroller’s Office has a special website to check your HEP compliance status. If you have access to the internet, create your own personal account at www.cthep.com. Each individual on your plan (spouse and any eligible dependents age 18 or over) should create their own account to monitor their status.
