Service ratings will be conducted soon. If you receive a “less than good” service rating, please call the Union Office immediately at 860-953-1316! Grievances must be filed within 30 days from receipt of the Service Rating.
A Less than Good service rating is identified as having ratings of fair in two (2) categories and/or unsatisfactory in one (1) or more categories. (Article 10 Section 1 A&R Contract)
All Service Ratings must be signed even if you receive a “Less than Good” Service Rating. Your signature does not indicate your agreement with or approval of the rating.
