WAGE RE-OPENER TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
A&R, in conjunction with our coalition partners at SEBAC, has reached agreement with the state for a one-year wage package that includes what we consider to be a reasonable 2.5% general wage increase, plus a step increase valued at 3%, covering the period from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Those at top step would receive a lump top step payment in lieu of a step increase. The general wage increase would become effective June 28, 2024, and the step increase December 27, 2024. These increases would not be delayed (assuming the agreement is ratified by the membership and passed by the Connecticut Legislature).
MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT VOTE - MARCH 12 thru MARCH 25
A&R membership will be voting electronically using ElectionRunner.com. (We expect that) voting will be open from March 12 thru March 25.
The voting credentials will be in an email from: A&R Local 4200...do not delete this email, this is how you vote.
The vote will be on one question: "Do you accept the Tentative Wage Agreement as written (2.5% GWI in July 2024 + Step/TopStepPayment January 2025)?"
MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
We will be conducting membership meetings via ZOOM to discuss the agreement and to answer questions of the membership. The meetings are open to all A&R Union members. The meetings will be conducted during business hours, and you may attend without taking your personal time. Please code your time sheet with the Core-CT code: LSEBC to attend.
