CMS is in the process of sending letters to members regarding any Health Enhancement Program (HEP) compliance issues.
There have been some concerns regarding CMS updating their records. If you feel you have met your requirements but you have received information from CMS that indicates you are non-compliant, you should contact them directly at 877-687-1448 or www.cthep.com to attempt to resolve any non-compliance requirements.
