A&R is hosting a Professional Development seminar, Friday November 3rd. This is an all day event to be held at the Water's Edge, in Westbrook. Seminar topics are listed below. Coffee and lunch will be provided.
Article 31, Section 5 of the A&R contract entitles each member up to 10 days of leave per contract term for professional development. Join your fellow A&R members in a relaxing, fun atmosphere as we learn techniques to deal with stress in the workplace.
If you are on AWS, you will need to modify your schedule accordingly.
The Office of Labor Relations has approved this program. In order to attend you must do two things:
- Mail in the registration form to A&R
- Email your supervisor requesting leave time at least 3 weeks in advance of November 3 (no later than 10/13)
Space is limit so we can not guarantee all applicants will be accepted to this event. Applications will only be accepted via mail-in. First come, first served.
