There is quite a bit of uncertainty regarding full-scale re-opening of agency offices. It is not clear how this will occur or when it will occur. For now, we are still operating under the Work From Home guidelines. The Phase 1 Re-Opening began on May 20th and Phase 2 Re-Opening is set to begin on June 17th. The State has quite a bit of info on its "ReOpen CT" web portal" (very nicely done, BTW). The re-opening phases include several guidance documents for the various industry "sectors". The sector most common to A&R is the "Office" sector. We have linked the parameters established for re-opening the "Office" sector.
Obviously there will be variations based on the specific duties/roles of individuals, but a large part of A&R positions fit squarely into the "Office" sector. Mainly, our health concerns will be centered around crowded office spaces, elevators, lunch/break areas, common touch points such as copiers and door handles, and the air circulation/filtration.
