Cancelled Social Events
- Due to the pandemic we have had to cancel several of A&R's recurring annual trips, such as the Yankees and Red Sox bus trips. It is our hope is to renew these popular social events when the world returns to normalcy (the world will return to something resembling normal, we just need to be patient)
Summer Picnic - LPRTY
- Plans are still in development regarding the summer picnic so members can enjoy this important contractual benefit. Unfortunately we cannot hold the event at Maneeley's due to the pandemic. Regardless, we want members to be able to access the benefits of the contract (half day off with pay per page 90 of contract) while at the same time providing some good natured relief from this covid induced madness. We expect to hold an outdoor function (with games) in front of the A&R office in Rocky Hill. Social distancing will be in effect while still allowing members to have fun and interact safely. Prizes will be awarded for various silly reasons. Plans are still in development. The event will be held on two separate days (members can only attend on one of these days). Save the dates of September 4th and 11th.
